Breakfast buffet

Served Monday to Friday from 7 am to 10 am. For longer sleeping guests on week-end we offer breakfast from 7.30 to 10.30 am. If you would like to have breakfast in your room please hand in your choice of options to reception the night before.
(Additional charge of € 7,00) For our hurried guests we offer breakfast to go, € 5,00.

Business lunch

From Monday to Friday we offer a special business lunch buffet which varies every day and provides you with a healthy and well-balanced diet.

Chapel

Our chapel is situated in our hotel grounds, away from the lake. It provides a space for contemplation and meditation and is also used by the local registry office.

Departure

Disabled guests

We have a special room for disabled guests with extra-wide doors and special fittings in the bathroom.

Electrical appliances

For safety reasons, the use of personal electrical appliances (iron, electric kettle, radio, television ...) is not allowed in your room. There is no insurance cover for these devices.

Emergency exits

The emergency exits are clearly marked and easy to recognise. Emergency buttons to call the local fire brigade are located at every emergency exit.

Fax

You can send faxes from reception. We charge € 0.80 per page within Germany and € 1.60 per page for sending abroad.

Forgotten something?

Have you forgotten your tooth paste, tooth brush or something else? Our reception team has an emergency set available for you. If you should have forgotten something when leaving the hotel, please let reception know. We will take care of it immediately.

Our wireless LAN is available throughout the building. 30 or 120 minute vouchers or day passes are available at reception. Alternatively, you can use analogue or ISDN-access via the telephone connection in your room.

Laundry Service

is available in the hotel. Please use the laundry bag in your wardrobe as well as the corresponding laundry list and contact reception (tel: 9) with your request. Drycleaning can be done externally. This takes about 2 days.

A wide variety of regional and national daily newspapers and magazines can be purchased at reception. You will find some free magazines in your room.

Outings

Please look at the hotel information folder in your room. There is a footpath which runs around the lake. Our reception team will be pleased to book cinema or theatre tickets for you.

Petrol Station

The nearest petrol Station is in Sulzbach (6 km). You will find a Shell and an Aral petrol Station directly on the main road in the direction of Aschaffenburg, just before you leave the village. There is a 24 h automatic petrol Station, "Tankstelle Vogel" in Großwallstadt.

Pets can stay in your room if you provide your own basket or blanket.

The pictures on the walls of our hotel have been created and lent to us by various artists. They are also available for purchase - just contact reception. We would also be very happy to establish contact for you with the artist concerned.

The nearest post office is located on the main street (Hauptstraße) in Niedernberg. Stamps are also available at reception. We will be happy to post your mail for you.

we offer beach Volleyball, boule, badminton as well as archery (for groups). Sun shades, loungers as well as beach towels are available free of charge.

It you would prefer to eat in your room please order by dialling number 9. You will find a room service menu in your room.

Safe boxes

All rooms have a built-in safe inside the wardrobes. We can also store your valuables in the hotel safe at reception. Jewellery and similar valuables should be stored in the hotel safe. Otherwise, the hotel cannot be held liable for them.

Sauna

We have a spa area with a Finnish sauna, a thermal room and "Biosauna". Monday to Friday from 5 pm to 11 pm and by appointment at the weekend. Special sauna towels are available in the sauna area.

Seegalerie

The "Seegalerie" connects the various hotel buildings where you will find our library and our boutique. Should you have questions or particular requests, our reception team will be happy to help.

Shoe cleaning

The cleaning machine you will find in front of room 15 and in the glass-passage leading to the "Schlösschen". Please use these only for smooth leather.

Shopping

The nearest large town is Aschaffenburg, an ideal place for a shopping spree. Another good shopping location is Miltenberg with its picturesque old town. If you are just looking for some basic provisions, you can find a supermarket ("Rewe") close to the roundabout in the direction of Niedernberg.

Swimming pool

The pool is open daily from 7 am to 11 pm. Large towels are available in the pool area.
